INTEGRATED. CONNECTED. INVESTED.

We were excited to welcome Pique Fund investors, portfolio company leaders, and friends of Pique on September 21, 2017 for our annual investor event.

We gathered in the Vancouver offices of Lawson Lundell, a leading western Canadian business law firm known for their practical, strategic approach to legal and business problems. Partner Valerie Mann is a long-time advisor to Pique Fund and will soon be an investor in the fund as well. We love and appreciate Val’s commitment to the startup and impact venture community and we’re delighted to welcome her and others as Pique Fund investors.

Pique Fund was founded in 2014 with no companies in its portfolio and seven pioneering women who believed that impact investing and a focus on women-led ventures could yield superior returns and help create a better world. The fund has come a long way since then, now with six amazing portfolio companies and 29 investors, of which 24 are women representing 80% of the fund’s capital. Guests heard introductions and updates from leaders of some of Pique Fund’s growing portfolio company. It was great that Christine Sommers of ePact Network, Jennifer Li of MuseFind, and Jessica Pautsch of FoodMesh and their co-founders could attend and meet our investors.

Pique Fund is currently open to new investors until November 2017. If you would like to join our community of women and men investing in impactful, BC-based businesses, email bonnie[at]piqueventures[dot]com for more information.
